Designed to keep you prepped to play, this program focuses on leg power through glutes and hamstrings, critical to strong on-field performance. The program also emphasises shoulder strength and core activation, for improved tackling and bracing on impact.

Using testing and time trials, athletes are categorised into a conditioning training program focusing on endurance and short interval sprinting. The conditioning program has been designed to help improve individual fitness as well as simulate game scenarios to ensure match fitness.

Weekly Pilates classes combine core strength and stability with movement, stretching and mobility to help prevent injury and ensure movement flexibility.

Technical skills sessions focusing on hand-eye coordination and skills under fatigue, these video coached sessions range from ground balls to hand-balling, kicking drills and technique.
