Group classes have set start times where you turn up for training and work through the sessions with others to help you. No booking required for any of these classes and you can mix up the ones you attend each week. We have an awesome group of people of all ages and fitness levels but have so much fun together.
The variety of sessions include HIIT, running, circuit, boxing, yoga, pilates, strength classes, Mums & Bubs, indoor/outdoor and a whole lot more.
These sessions are a great mix of cardio, strength and high intensity interval training in an energy packed setting. Either in the group area at our state of the art facility OR in some beautiful locations along Sydney Northern Beaches, including Freshwater Beach & Collaroy Beach.
First group class is free for new members. So feel free to bring your friends.
