      As a sports woman Mardi knows the demands training has on the body, and with her Diploma of Remedial Massage she knows exactly how to help your body. An athlete or (one of us who stresses and works too hard at the office) has muscles that from the outside can look tough like a rhino's skin, but on the inside they are very vulnerable if not managed correctly. Massage is an important part of maintaining a healthy body that moves well, it provides the following benefits:

      • Reduce recovery time
      • Relax & relieve stress
      • Improve sleep patterns
      • Reduce injury risks

      When Mardi's not playing footy, training, or working she's saving animals. With a degree in Wildlife Science she has spent some time in Africa working with rhino's. This is why she gives a small percentage of each massage goes to Vision Africa, in order to help save the Rhino from extinction.
