Whether you are a mum to be, new mum or mum (or Dad!) on the run, these classes are designed to give you a great work out under the guidance of experienced pre and post-natal trainers. Offering a supportive and understanding training environment, our trainers guide groups through training offering specific and modified exercises to promote safe exercise pre and post bub. All pregnant or new mums are encouraged to see our in-house women’s health physiotherapist, Kelly Vine at Activate Physiotherapy, to have a complete assessment prior to returning to exercise.
We also offer FREE CHILD MINDING during these hours: Monday to Friday mornings 7:30am to 11:30 am & afternoons 3:30pm to 5:30 pm and Saturday 7-10:30 am.
