My love of footy, training and playing high level sport (from a young age) has always been the main focus of my life and has been the driving force behind my 5-year career as a Personal Trainer. My goal is simple – work with clients to achieve ALL of their fitness goals. Nothing is unattainable and mentoring my clients, pushing them and making them see beyond their limits is where the magic happens. My job is to keep you accountable and work together on a program that best suits you and your fitness style.

Training and living a healthy lifestyle have always been the main focus of my everyday life. Growing up in Byron Bay has been a huge factor to that lifestyle as I was always outside either playing footy, surfing or just cruising! When the opportunity arose to make the big move to Sydney to coach at Chocolate Box Training, I jumped at the chance and have never looked back. The community we have at the Box is the reason I love it so much and why I am constantly striving to be better, to help out our members achieve their goals. Seeing amazing changes mentally and physically from our members is what keeps me going! It's an achievement when they start seeing their own potential and knowing you had a part in helping them get there - that feeling is second to none!




Kai Lackner, Personal Training, Chocolate Box Training

I am a strength and conditioning coach with over 4 years’ experience at Chocolate Box Training. I pride myself on the commitment to every one of my client’s fitness goals and provide my clients with comprehensive programs and progression results in a meaningful and measured manner (eg. visual graphs). I work with athletes from beginner to elite levels, in a wide range of sports most recently training the Manly Sea Eagles. I have also had the amazing opportunity to learn from the best in the industry - coaches from the Manly Sea Eagles, GWS Giants, NSW police force and NSWIS. Their influence on me has largely contributed to the way I program and deliver my services to my athletes and clientele.

Health and fitness has always been such a huge passion of mine and something that has always excited me. I got involved with different types of training, starting with running about 4 years ago, and it was at that point that my passion for developing myself fruitioned. My goal is to have the most positive impact I can on the lives of the clients I work with, helping them transition into a healthy and fit lifestyle, reach their goals and better themselves (inside and out).  Through my guidance, accountability and personalised programs, I believe everyone has the ability to know what this feels like!
