Outdoor group and running classes are back in action, all across the Northern Beaches. Our group training sessions are a mix of cardio, strength and high intensity interval training. While our running sessions include short interval training and long distance technical trails. We have multiple training sessions everyday at Cromer, Collaroy, Freshwater and various locations for trail runs on Sundays. To ensure we stick to the 10 people gathering rule, you will need to book in advance on the Chocolate Box Training App.

Download the Chocolate Box Training app from the App Store or Google Play and login using your credentials. Don't remember your login details? Not to worry! Contact us and we'll help you out. ** Note: The Chocolate Box Training App is a separate app from our Online Training Program on SugarWOD.
Things to Know:
1. All participants must adhere to social distancing rules and keep a distance of 1.5 metres between yourself and other people.
2. 6hr cancellation policy so others have a chance to book in. If you cancel within 6hrs, you will lose that session.
3. You must bring a towel along to every session for hygiene reasons and comfort.
4. Bring along your plate, KB or dumbbell if you have one, to avoid sharing and adhering to COVID rules. If you don’t have any, don't worry as we will bring them for you!
5. All classes proceed rain, hail or shine.
Collaroy Beach - Meet at the grassy area on the south side of the SLSC building.
Cromer - Meet at the Chocolate Box Training carpark.
Freshwater Beach - Meet at the grassy area in front of the cafe.
Be sure to secure your spot on the Chocolate Box Training App. More sessions may be added without notice, so continue to check the timetable or the app for class updates.
