Sometimes training can feel like a big, tough game of footy without goals. ‘A game without goals, is a mirror without reflection. It’s to travel without direction.’ You don’t have to break records every day, we don’t all need gold medals at the Olympics but we should all be the best that we can be when we’re gifting it our time.
So ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls… We give you, The Kaizen Project.
Now we’re not just borrowing a Japanese name here because it’s sounds cool. That’s only 70% of it. The actual meaning of Kaizen is constant improvement and the coolest part is, it’s not from drastic changes but smaller tweaks and fixes here and there to create bigger and greater outcomes down the track. It’s pretty much how us as caretakers run this place so we may as well use it on the gym floor!
First, we start simple. Super simple and just work on tweaking behaviours, learning accountability and getting results. To do that, we’re going to take people over a 6 week block and break that block down again in to smaller segments for the best results.
We’re going to do the same classes but guide you to the best ones for you. If the goal is muscle, strength in the basement is better than a 20km run with the bush bashers. If your goal is weight loss it differs again and we will choose what’s best within your current package.
