Now we’re not just borrowing a Japanese name here because it’s sounds cool. That’s only 70% of it. The actual meaning of Kaizen is constant improvement and the coolest part is, it’s not from drastic changes but smaller tweaks and fixes here and there to create bigger and greater outcomes down the track. It’s pretty much how us as caretakers run this place so we may as well use it on the gym floor!
This is a dedicated self improvement and accountability program. With on-going 7 week cycles the aim is to change the space of your body and mind. You choose the goal; lose weight, gain muscle, break a habit or create better new ones. We'll give you a dedicated trainer and a weekly group session to encourage you and hold you accountable to that goal.
