WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM?
Our main strength components run for 3+ weeks and each block starts and finishes with strength testing to ensure your movement patterns are being refined and you are tracking your progress.
Conditioning elements repeat in 2 week blocks to keep training exciting through variety whilst also giving you a goal to push towards each week.
Designed by our Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Exercise Physiologists and tested in advance by our Trainers, this program is backed by science and years of experience. You will see results and you will be kept motivated and accountable through this program.

HOW IT WORKS
MONDAY: LOWER BODY PUSH (SQUATS) & UPPER BODY PULL + SHORT CONDITIONING
TUESDAY: INTERVAL WEIGHT TRAINING (CONDITIONING)
WEDNESDAY: LOWER BODY PULL (DEADLIFTS) & UPPER BODY PUSH + SHORT CONDITIONING
THURSDAY: AEROBIC CAPACITY/LONG CONDITIONING
FRIDAY: UPPER BODY STRENGTH + SHORT CONDITIONING
SATURDAY: SHRED - AEROBIC ENDURANCE

THE HOURS
Each session has one to two dedicated trainers with rolling starts every 15 minutes so you can pretty much train when you want with a trainer during the following hours:
MORNING WEEKDAY HOURS | 5:00 - 9:30AM
AFTERNOON WEEKDAY HOURS | 3:30 - 6:30PM
SATURDAY | 6:00 - 9:00AM
SUNDAY - NO STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES (But the gym is still open for Reformer Pilates and free weights)

SWEAT WITH FRIENDS
Feel the team comaradery. Be pushed by your Trainers, and encouraged by your fellow class members.
