Our Strength and conditioning training (aka 'THE BASEMENT) offers a proper 12 week program that targets each of your main body parts on each day. Basement sessions last between 45 -60 minutes. Turn up anytime you want between 5.00-10:30am or 3.30-7.30pm and train hard under the supervision of our fully qualified trainers.
We've got over 16 squat & bench rack positions, dozens of plates, bars, kettle bells, dumbells and different cardio machines. Choose between our 'Power Session' which focuses on your main lifts (bench, squat, deadlift) and strength building or the Conditioning which focuses on improving your cardio and burning some extra calories.
Too often people spend hours at the gym seeing little improvement. With This 12 week program we track EVERYTHING YOU DO! If you choose the Strength part, we'll track your weights, if its the conditioning part will track your times and how many reps you fit in. We've found that this is the best way to push you and keep you excited and motivated. At the end of each training block, we hold a special testing week to see your progress.
