WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM?
Too often people spend hours at the gym seeing little improvement. This program allows you to track EVERYTHING YOU DO with our app. Whether it's weights or times, you record everything and can compete against other members on the daily leaderboard if you wish. At the end of each training block we test the main movements and benchmarks across everything so you can see your progress and work off percentages in the next training block.

HOW IT WORKS
MONDAY: SQUATS & LOWER BODY PUSH
TUESDAY: MIXED CORE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
WEDNESDAY: DEADLIFTS & LOWER BODY PULL
THURSDAY: MIXED CORE STRENGTH & AEROBIC CONDITIONING
FRIDAY: UPPER BODY
SATURDAY: SHRED - AEROBIC ENDURANCE
Each session has one to two dedicated trainers with rolling starts every 15 minutes so you can pretty much train when you want with a trainer during the following hours:
MORNING WEEKDAY HOURS | 5:00-09:30AM
AFTERNOON WEEKDAY HOURS | 3:30-6:30PM
SATURDAY | 6:00 - 9:00AM
SUNDAY - NO STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES (But the gym is still open for Reformer Pilates, Yoga and free weights)

Feel the team comradery. Be pushed by your instructors, and encouraged by your fellow class members.

We're a family gym, of course Child Minding is Free.
