Flow & Yin Yoga, Barre Attack, Reformer Pilates and Matt Pilates spread across two massive studios each with their own vibe and atmosphere.
Each of our training programs exist in separate spaces throughout the 2000 square meters, making us COVID safe with plenty of space and an efficient spray and wipe routine. Spaces feature TV screens with programs linked to an online training app so you can record your results and view upcoming workouts.View Facilities
