Blind Fold Yoga- Feel the subtle sensations of the body, learn to trust ourselves more deeply, and even fully let go. Nicolette Onsley will guide you through experiences, postures and sequences whilst blindfolded in a really fun workshop.
Yoga for Athletes - This two-hour workshop integrates dynamic mobilisation with functional movement and recovery.
