Building recovery time into any training program is just as important as the training itself. Whether you’ve smashed your Strength & Conditioning classes throughout the week or put your body through the ringer with your CrossFit or endurance training, giving time for your body to recover is crucial. It’s during this time that your body adapts to the stress of exercise and repairs damaged muscle tissue.  
Our Recovery Space has been designed to close that loop in your training program. Equipped with ice baths, hot and cold alfresco showers, infrared sauna, compression boots and massage guns – we have everything you need to ensure you maximise your recovery and are ready to smash your goals again.
