GROUP FITNESS TRAINING

Expect to be put through constantly varied, tough workouts that will mix functional fitness movements with an array of cardio conditioning machines.
It even has an outdoor area to jump in when it’s pump-in’.
SWEAT classes are held in the the Black Box, located over the road from the main Cromer gym. You can enter via the main ramp up near Barrel One, or via the stairs near CrossFit.
Brand-new Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Box jumps, Wall balls, alongside top of the range Assault Bikes, Ski Ergs, Verve Runners and Rowing machines are what you'll find in SWEAT. It's group training at its best. Plenty of space to work hard and learn good form.
With high-intensity programs designed by our Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Exercise Physiologists, you can plan on feeling fitter and healthier. Our programming is backed by science, years of experience, and love for what we do. You will see results and you will be kept motivated by top coaching, good company and great music.
