For those who have been smashing the outdoor classes, you’ll transition well into this new set up. Child-minding will be linked to these classes only between 7:45 am - 10am.

Designed in 12-week blocks, this program will include pre & post testing days to keep you driving for results. This program is designed for those wanting to take the next step in your training whether - your goal is committing yourself to personal growth, improving your physical conditioning for your sport of choice or wanting to participate in functional fitness competitions.
Members need to meet requirements to participate in the Advanced training program.

Learn to "switch on your glutes" with technical, sprint and tempo sessions plus a long weekend group run. Also join us for road cycling sessions around the beautiful Northern Beaches.
Offering Reformers, Mat Pilates, Yin & Flow Yoga and Barre Attack. We offer our own unique space and place. A place where nothing is complete, nothings is closed. A perfect place to get stretchy after your strength class!
8-12yrs
Gain the confidence and skills you need to get that extra edge on the netball court, footy field, sprint track, or pool. Youth sessions focus on body awareness, functional movement patterns and sports specific strength & conditioning whilst encouraging group participation in all training sessions.
12-16yrs
Get your kids moving in the right way, right from the start. Focusing on basic physical skills to help body development as your kids grow, these fun physical sessions will develop healthy movement habits and patterns. Skills they can take with them as they enter their teenage years.
If you have your own program or want to fit in an extra session come and get your own space in our Weights Area. We've got plenty of dumbbells, benches, kettlebells and squat racks.
Due to capacity rules only 10 members can train within the hour. Please book in via the Chocolate Box Training app to secure your spot.

We all know how hard it is to train with the kids, or how expensive child care is. So we've made it free and available!
Child Minding is available Monday to Friday at 7:45 am to 10:30 am and Saturday at 7 am to 10 am.
