Fundamentals & Beginners
If you're new to the gym or have had some time off, this program is for you, to establish good technique. Once you're feeling comfortable and confident in the gym again our trainers will guide you into the Strength & Conditioning Program.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This is a scientifically structured progressive 12-week program designed for those who want to see results. With rolling starts every 15 minutes you can pretty much train when you want and with our app you can record your progress and results.
This program is designed for those wanting to take the next step. Whether your goal is committing yourself to personal growth, learning more advanced Olympic Lifting/Crossfit movements, improving your physical conditioning for your sport, or wanting to participate in functional fitness competitions. Members will need to meet requirements to participate in this training program.

Offering Reformer Pilates, Yin & Flow Yoga. We have our own unique space and place with a variety of great instructors. A perfect place to get stretchy after your strength class or work on your flexibility, core stability and posture.

GROUP & HIIT CLASSES
These high-intensity (HIIT) style sessions will get your lungs and heart pumping. Workout with your friends along side you and enjoy the fun vibe of these longer functional movement and conditioning sessions.
If you have your own program or want to fit in an extra session come and get your own space in our Weights Area. We've got plenty of free weights, squat racks, benches and pin loaded machines for you to use. Book in via the Chocolate Box App.
Gain the confidence and skills you need to get that extra edge on the netball court, footy field, sprint track, or pool. Youth sessions focus on body awareness, functional movement patterns and sports specific strength & conditioning whilst encouraging group participation in all training sessions. Great for age groups 8-16 years old.
Learn to "switch on your glutes" with technical, sprint and tempo sessions plus a long group run every Sunday morning. This is catered for all running levels whether you want to run your first 5km run, a half or full marathon or start training for your next Ultra Trail Run Adventure (UTA). It's a great mix.
