OUR GYM FACILITIES
Our gym is one of the biggest on Sydney's Northern Beaches, situated in Cromer near Dee Why. We're a destination gym, we're not about having hundreds of mediocre chains. We want our one space to be the best it can be for the community and those travelling to us from abroad.
Highlights of our gym facilities include:
- Multiple functional training areas across two large buildings.
- Multiple spacious matted areas with high-standard weights, kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells.
- Multiple squat racks and big rigs.
- Fun and safe free child minding area where the kids can see you training.
- Recovery Space with ice baths and infrared sauna.
- Weights area with power racks, pin-loaded machines, treadmills, cardio ergs (Ski, Rower, Bike) and loads of free weights.
- Separate mobility area with mats, trigger balls, foam rollers, bands and more.
- Large, light-filled Reformer Pilates studio with 20 Reformer beds.
- In-House Allied Health (Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology + S&C).
- Accessible free parking on site and plenty of street parking close by.
- Wheelchair access to all our training facilities and NDIS-registered Allied Health.
We are close by to all local Northern Beaches suburbs like Long Reef, Curl Curl, Wheeler Heights, Frenches Forest, Oxford Falls, Narraweena, Wingala, Narrabeen, Allambie, Freshwater, Manly Vale and Manly. If you commute into the city and want to get to us after work, you can drive to us from Dee Why in 6 minutes and 5 minutes from the Collaroy B1 stop.

We're a family gym, of course Child Minding is Free.
We have a Sauna & Ice Baths to help you with recovery.

We have a beautiful large Reformer studio with 20 beds and over 60 classes per week.
