Ready to sweat regularly, then the HOT Recovery membership is the way to go. For the more casual sauna goers, you can purchase individual sauna sessions. Sign up and book via the Chocolate Box Training App.
These memberships include access to Ice Baths for the full recovery experience.
For existing Chocolate Box Training members wanting to access regular sauna sessions, upgrading to Unlimited Plus is the way to go. Let the team at hello@chocolateboxtraining.com know and we can get it organised.
Bring the kids! FREE Childminding available Mon - Sat for all HOT Recovery bookings. We'll look after your little ones so you can chill out kid-free for an hour.
HOW TO BOOK
HOT Recovery bookings are made via the Chocolate Box Training App.
Planning on having an Ice Bath before your Sauna? Please see reception to collect your slippers before starting your Recovery session.
Already a CBT member? Purchase a membership via the Buy section on your app OR upgrade your current membership to Unlimited Plus and book in via Appointments.
New to CBT? Follow the below steps to book your first Sauna session:
- Download the Chocolate Box Training App from the App Store or Google Play.
- Register an account.
- Book your sauna via the Appointments tab.
All bookings are made in line with our Booking Policy.
CHROMOTHERAPY
Colour Light Therapy (aka Chromotheraphy) is the science that uses the seven colours of the light spectrum to enhance wellbeing. These colours have the ability to affect the various vibrations within the body, via their own frequency.
The available colours in the Chromotherapy light in our saunas have been specifically selected based on their wavelength:
1) Red: Activates the circulatory and nervous systems.
2) Strong Green: Provides anti-infectious, anti-septic and regenerative stimulation.
3) Strong Blue: Lubricates joints. Helps address infections, stress, nervous tension.
4) Orange: Energized and eliminates localized fat. Helps address asthma and bronchitis.
5) Green: Acts as a relaxant.
6) Blue: Stimulates muscle and skin cells, nerves and the circulatory systems.
7) Strong Yellow: Strengthens the body and acts on internal tissue.
8) Strong Indigo: Helps address eye inflammation, cataracts, glaucoma and ocular fatigue.
9) Strong Pink: Act as a cleanser, strengthening the veins & arteries.
10) Yellow: Reactivates and purifies the skin. Helps with indigestion and bodily stress.
11) Indigo: Activates and eliminates impurities from the blood stream.
12) Violet: Relaxes the nerves & lymphatic system. Addresses inflammation and urinary illness.
