The following Terms & Conditions apply:
- Offer valid to new members who are local residents or workers 18 years & older only (photo ID Required).
- Offer not valid to returning members who have held an active membership within the last twelve months.
- Not valid in conjunction with any other offers.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- Not transferable.
- Promotion commences September 18th 2023.
- Offer only valid for Unlimited $79, Unlimited Plus $89, Unlimited Plus $109 members and Athlete $129 members.
- New members agree that upon claiming this offer, they adhere to the membership agreement outlined in Chocolate Box Training’s Terms & Conditions.
- Termination membership will also result in the cancellation of any future TRUE Protein orders as a part of this promotion.
Mechanics of Membership Confirmation:
- Register your membership interest via the official online enquiry form, before downloading the Chocolate Box Training App from your favourite App Store.
- Create an account, complete your profile and sign the waiver.
- A member of the team will be in contact with you to confirm next steps. Note, you must complete all stages of a formal membership to receive TRUE Protein or Collagen.
Terms & Conditions around the ordering and distribution of TRUE Protein or Collagen:
- TRUE Protein products available for choosing include WPI 90 Chocolate or Vanilla, Plant Protein or Collagen.
- Each member is eligible for up to the value of $750 worth of True Protein or Collagen (outlined above).
- Orders are placed on the 1st of every month. Your order will be collected by a member of the team when you first begin your membership.
- The member who holds the membership must collect each order from Reception. Individuals who are not the account holder cannot pick up orders on behalf of someone else.

Terms & Conditions around Sauna use:
- Bookings must be made in line with HOT Recovery Booking Policy.
- New members have 10 weeks to use all 10 Sauna visits. Expiry date cannot be extended.
- New members can bring a friend to the sauna session provided they complete the HOT Recovery waiver upon entry.
- Note, the account holder must be present for every session.

Personal information of guests will be managed in accordance with the Chocolate Box Training Privacy Policy.
- As with any exercise program, you assume certain risks to your health and safety by starting an exercise program and/or participating in exercise activities. Participants are urged to always consult a medical professional or physician for participating in activity or starting an exercise program.
UPDATED MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT SEPTEMBER 2023
Chocolate Box Training is owned and operated under Sleaping Giant Pty Ltd (ABN: 96 607 326 036, trading as Chocolate Box Training, Motus Health & Performance, Charlie Bucket & Co). This is an Agreement under which you agree to become a member of Chocolate Box Training.
- Safety – You agree to give us all relevant health and fitness information before performing any exercise in our facility. Each time you use our gym you must ensure you are in good physical condition and know of no medical (or other) reason why you should not exercise.
- Minimum Term Agreement - To ensure you get the most out of your membership, the lock in period for all new members is 26 weeks. Note, there is no minimum term agreement required for Motus Group Rehab memberships, due to the nature of the activity.

If you wish to make a change to your membership package, you must provide a minimum of 10 days notice. These requests should be made via email to hello@chocolateboxtraining.com

If you are an Unlimited member with access to HOT Recovery, the following terms apply:
- “Unlimited Plus” $89 and Athlete $129 members have access to 1x HOT Recovery session per week. You have a choice of a double suite or a single suite. If you are using the sauna solo, then you must book a Single suite. If you are sweating it out with a mate, then please book a double suite.
- “Unlimited Plus” $109 members have access to 2x HOT Recovery sessions per week. Please follow the booking etiquette outlined above.

- Etiquette for Body Composition Scans:
5.1 Unlimited Plus and Athlete members have unlimited access to InBody Composition Scans. You must check in with reception prior to your scan. It is important to note that clients who have a scheduled appointment will get priority.
- Putting your Membership on Hold - If we agree, you may freeze your Membership for travel, medical or hardship reasons but must give proof. We do not hold memberships for laziness or lack of motivation. We hold for a maximum 4 weeks for holidays (if travelling for longer, please supply documentation); injury hold for a maximum of 8 weeks and pregnancy hold for a maximum 12 weeks (however, we will take into account on a case by case basis). Those on weekly membership payments must give 10 days notice. Fortnightly payments must give 3 weeks notice and monthly payments must give 6 weeks notice. All requests must be sent via email to hello@chocolateboxtraining.com.
- Cancellations – You can cancel your membership within the Minimum Term Agreement, but the remainder of the minimum weekly charges will be not be reimbursed. Cancellation of memberships outside the Minimum Term Agreement can be made. Allow 10 days’ notice via email to hello@chocolateboxtraining.com for any cancellations to your account.
- Insufficient Funds – Your bank or credit provider may charge you an overdraw fee for insufficient funds. Our third-party biller (EziDebit) may also charge an administration fee of $15.80 AUD.
- Infractions - Any dishonours caused by the member will incur a $15.80 AUD fee charged externally by our third-party biller (EziDebit).
- Late Fees - A $3 AUD late cancellation or no show fee will be applied for STRONG and SWEAT. A late fee of $15 AUD will be charged for a no-show or if not checked into (in the building) 5 minutes prior to the start of any Reformer Pilates Class. You must cancel out of class or remove yourself from waitlist 2hrs before start class time. Please note, an additional administration charge may be charged based on payment method by our third-party biller (EziDebit).
- Transaction fees: A transaction fee of $0.69 applies to all membership debits. Note there is an additional transaction fee of 2.2% for all payments processed using credit card. These fees are automatically applied to your account upon each transaction and are not covered by Chocolate Box Training.
- Changes to method of payment must be made directly at Reception or via email to hello@chocolateboxtraining.com. Please note that changing payment details on the CBT App doesn't update on our system.
- Personal Hygiene - Towel use is compulsory for health reasons.
- Gym Attire - We encourage you to train with a shirt on.
- Gym Etiquette - This is your gym, so be sure to put away any weights or equipment back to its proper location and be mindful of any noise you might create when training.
