YOUR GYM BEFORE THE GYM
It is a program designed for those who are new to the gym or want to return to their training, but need a refresher on technique and movement. The perfect stepping stone into the main strength and conditioning sessions! These sessions are capped at 14 people per session allowing the trainer to dedicate valuable one-on-one time, correcting technique and improving movement patterns.

Each session focuses on a specific movement. We break it down, build strength with correct technique then progress as you feel more confident and strong. All sessions are strength based with a short metabolic conditioning piece to finish the class.
Sessions are 45 mins four days a week; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday mornings at 6:45am.
FREE CHILD MINDING
We're a family gym, of course Child Minding is Free.
We have a large, light-filled studio with 20 Reformer beds.

PHYSIO & EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY
Available through Motus HP who operate in-house.
This program is perfect for those people who haven't trained in a gym before or those who are returning to training after time off. If you are someone who is not confident doing resistance training or who just has no idea where to start. This is for you.
This program was made for you!
No problems, we understand life is busy but we do encourage you to attend a minimum of 3 sessions each week. Where possible, 4 sessions is what you should be aiming for as you will get the most out of the program.
We start with a warm up focusing on raising the heart rate and preparing the body for movement through a series of range of motion exercises. We will then move into the Strength component where we focus on a major lift in part A (e.g. back squats) followed by our accessory strength work in part B. The final component of the session is a 10-15min conditioning piece. Get your heart rate up and finish your session strong!
Our Trainers will work with you over a minimum of 4 weeks. During this time you will learn correct technique, understand different exercises and gain more confidence in the gym. Trainers will progress you when you have nailed the movements and are confident joining the main group sessions. You might progress after 4 weeks, or you might stay a little longer.

Bring the prams along to the 8:45am & 9:30am class or make use of our free child minding for the older kids.
Book into a Reformer Pilates class to work your postural and stabilising muscles. This will compliment your strength training nicely.
