YOUR GYM BEFORE THE GYM
It is a program designed for those who are new to the gym or want to return to their training, but need a refresher on technique and movement. The perfect stepping stone into the main strength and conditioning sessions! These sessions are capped at 14 people per session allowing the trainer to dedicate valuable one-on-one time, correcting technique and improving movement patterns.

Each session focuses on a specific movement. We break it down, build strength with correct technique then progress as you feel more confident and strong. The first part is strength based and the last part of each session is functional cardio/conditioning so you can get lean and toned.
Sessions are 45 mins three days a week; Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings at 6:00, 6:45, 8:45am and 9:30am.

This program is perfect for those people who haven't trained in a gym before or those who are returning to training after time off. If you are someone who is not confident doing resistance training or who just has no idea where to start. This is for you.
This program was made for you!
No problems, we understand life is busy but we do encourage you to attend a minimum of 2 sessions each week. Where possible, 3 sessions is what you should be aiming for as you will get the most out of the program.
We start with a warm up focusing on raising the heart rate and preparing the body for movement through a series of range of motion exercises. We will then move into the Strength component where we will be working on specific movements (e.g Squats) before finishing the session with a 10-15 min conditioning piece using cardio machines and functional exercises.
Continue your awesome training routine with us in our main Group sessions plus compliment your training with some Pilates or Yoga. All available to you as an Unlimited Chocolate Box Training member. Of course, 4 weeks is just a guide and the coaches will work with you on your progression into the main group sessions.
