You'll find us located at 176 Harbord Road, Brookvale, with access via the door on street level. Just look for the Chocolate Box Training signs.

REFORMER PILATES TIMETABLE
Monday - Thursday: 5am, 5:50am, 6:40am, 4pm , 5pm + 6pm
Friday: 5am, 5:50am + 6:40am
Saturday: 6:40am, 7:30am, 8:30am + 9:20am
Sunday: 7:30am, 8:30am + 9:30am
REFORMER PILATES - TRADITIONAL: Feel the burn as you work through a variety of compound strength exercises on the Reformer. Get stronger and leaner through a strong Reformer Pilates session.
REFORMER PILATES - ATHLETIC: the perfect mix of Reformer and cardio for those looking to get the heart rate up through a series of faster sequences on the Reformer. Expect to get a bit of a sweat on in these classes!
REFORMER PILATES - FOUNDATION: Master the basics of Reformer Pilates, learn how to set up the Reformer to your size and how to use it. A great class for those newer to Reformer Pilates or those returning after some time off.
REFORMER PILATES - STRETCH: 45 minutes of mobility; something we all need! Work through different sequences of dynamic mobility exercises, working in all planes of movement to elongate the muscles, and relax the mind!

Our Brookie Box timetable is designed to deliver maximum results for our members, with a structured STRONG program and fun, hard hit outs in SWEAT.

Monday - Lower Body Push
Tuesday - Upper Body Pull
Thursday - Lower Body Pull
Friday - Upper Body Push
SWEAT:
Wednesday - constantly varied, tough workouts that will mix functional fitness movements with an array of cardio conditioning machines.
Saturday - Team sessions designed to push one another and drive team spirit. Expect a big SWEAT session!
Bubs in Prams are welcome to our weekday 9:15am classes.
SUNDAY - NO SWEAT
(Reformer Pilates is running upstairs and our Cromer gym is also open for Ice Baths, Saunas and Free Weights Open Gym)
