FAQ's
Surfing is the priority. Our classes are scheduled after surf hours as best as possible. If the surf is cooking and you've spent hours in the water, programming is modified to match what the waves are doing and how often our athletes have been surfing. If you're super drilled you can also jump into a Yin or Flow Yoga class.
From January 2nd 2023, we will be offering a Surfers membership. $49/week for access to all 3 Surf Strength sessions. Note that this membership does not give you access to any other classes in the gym or use of the open gym area.
