Subscription Policy

Welcome to Chocolate Box Training’s (Sleaping Giant Pty Ltd) Membership Policy; please read this document carefully. By clicking “Accept” you acknowledge that you are at least eighteen years of age and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions governing your subscription to Chocolate Box Training’s subscription based content, delivered through SugarWod. If you are not at least eighteen years of age and/or do not accept these terms and conditions governing your use of Chocolate Box Training’s subscription based content, do not click “Accept” at the bottom of this page and your registration will be cancelled.

GENERAL

Chocolate Box Training reserves the right to modify your access to the content available on Chocolate Box Training’s subscription based app (SugarWod) and makes no representations or warranties about the frequency with which content will be updated, or that you will be satisfied with the content that is or will be made available. Chocolate Box Training shall not be held responsible for your inability to access the subscription based content on SugarWod for any reason. You subscribe to SugarWod at your own risk.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions governing your subscription, you agree not to share your login information or any content found on Chocolate Box Training’s online training subscription app (SugarWod) or affiliated private social media accounts with any third party. In the event that you share your login information or any the content found on Chocolate Box Training’s online training subscription app (SugarWod) or affiliated private social media accounts with any third party without express written permission from Chocolate Box Training, Chocolate Box Training reserves the right to immediately cancel your membership without a refund, and to pursue any and all remedies available to Chocolate Box Training under the law.

PAYMENT

All payments of Chocolate Box Training online training subscription fees shall be processed by www.stripe.com. By providing a payment method, credit/debit card or other, for your subscription, you explicitly give Chocolate Box Training authorisation to charge you a weekly subscription fee on a recurring basis according to the term of your subscription.  In the event that you choose a new subscription plan, the subscription fee will be on each periodic renewal date thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription or the account or service is otherwise suspended or discontinued (pursuant to these terms). www.stripe.com will automatically bill the payment form you provide upon registration with Chocolate Box Training on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your subscription. To view the renewal date for your next billing period, please log into your account dashboard on Chocolate Box Training website and view your subscription details there.  All Chocolate Box Training subscriptions are weekly commitments and shall thus be billed on a weekly basis.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your subscription to Chocolate Box Training’s online training subscription based content at any time. Your subscription will continue on a weekly recurring basis unless and until you cancel your subscription or the account or service is otherwise suspended or discontinued (pursuant to these Terms). You will remain responsible for your subscription fees until you cancel your subscription via email notification only to hello@chocolateboxtraining.com. You must cancel your subscription prior to your next renewal date in order to avoid billing for the next billing period. www.stripe.com will automatically bill the periodic subscription fee plus any applicable fees to the most current payment method you have provided to www.stripe.com. If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period; this means you will retain access to Chocolate Box Training online training subscription based content until the end of that period, however you will not receive a refund of any kind.  You must cancel your subscription by logging into your Chocolate Box Training account via www.chocolateboxtraining.com and following the instructions which state you must email hello@chocolateboxtraining.com to cancel your subscription. If your payment method expires and you do not update your payment information and www.stripe.com is unable to process your invoice within seven days from the first failed payment, your subscription will expire and you will lose access to Chocolate Box Training’s online training subscription based content. All payments to Chocolate Box Training are final.

All changes to your account information, including your contact and financial information, must be made through your account dashboard found at www.chocolateboxtraining.com/account.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

Chocolate Box Training may update these terms of use at any time and without notice.

ENFORCEMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of Chocolate Box Training shall be under the jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts of the State of New South Wales.

If any part of these terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Chocolate Box Training may without notice revise these terms and conditions of use at any time by updating and posting them to Chocolate Box Training.
