STRONG - Our new Strength and Conditioning program is a structured training program that is split into 8-12 week blocks throughout the year. These blocks focus on the simultaneous development of the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems through progressive overload principles. Simply put, you'll get stronger AND fitter AND healthier.

Our main strength training components run for 3+ weeks, and each block starts and finishes with strength testing to ensure your movement patterns are being developed and you are tracking your progress. 

This periodised strength training program consists of 2 push-strength days and 2 pull-strength days that will ensure strength development through the whole body as well as mobility and stability. The other 2 days are focused on metabolic conditioning pieces that change weekly to ensure variety and test a range of fitness qualities.
Designed by our Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Exercise Physiologists and tested in advance by our Trainers, our S&C program is backed by science and years of experience. You will see results and you will be kept motivated and accountable through this program.
