All members have access to FREE child minding. Please sign your child in and out when you arrive. This service is for members only as part of your membership, so please only bring your own kiddos, and limit your visit to an hour (max) where possible.

Childminding Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 11:00am
Saturday: 7:00am - 10:15am
Sunday: No childminding available

Please Note:
Childminding is suitable for children who can independently sit-up by themselves. If your little one is still in a pram, we have dedicated "Pram-Friendly" classes you can attend. Prams are not permitted in child-minding for safety reasons.

Pram-Friendly Classes
Parents with bubs in prams can bring the pram into class with them at dedicated times. On the gym floor - this is after 7am on weekdays, and from 8am on Saturdays. For Reformer Pilates this is 9:20am or 10:15am (weekdays only).

Please avoid bringing snacks if possible, and if you must, remember we are nut-free. Our team will provide plenty of activities and games to keep the kids safe and happy while you train. If you have any questions or concerns, just speak with our team.

Under the guidance of our experienced teachers, these classes are designed to complement your strength & conditioning training, with dynamic mobility exercises and compound strength movements.

STRONG:
Our signature 45 minute, fully supervised strength and conditioning classes that are programmed specifically to improve body composition and strength.

SWEAT:
Our HIIT-cardio buster classes that are perfect for anyone who wants to feel like they've got nothing left it all in the tank at the end of a session.

OVER 60s:
Age is just a number. These sessions follow our STRONG and SWEAT programming but offer modifications where necessary.

CROSSFIT:
Our CrossFit program is designed for advanced CrossFit athletes, serious about their training and the competition season. Minimum training standards and on-boarding are required.

24/7 GYM
We offer 24/7 gym access at Narrabeen for those who want to hit the weights gym at 4am for a pre-session pump up, or a late night alternative to the pub.
