
YOUTH CLASSES
Are you a parent of an older child or younger teen that you want to get into training safely and for life? Or are you a budding teenage athlete wanting to learn how to start your own fitness journey and perform better at your sport?
Our Youth Fitness classes teach the basics of movement and resistance training whilst building confidence in a group environment. We establish strong movement patterns and habits, build strength and learn how to train in a gym safely. All our youth gym sessions are delivered by qualified Trainers and Exercise Physiologists in a group environment because training with friends is fun!
We have two different classes that are age-specific to ensure the fundamentals are learned and practiced before progressing.
Our Youth Fitness Class Ages:
MiniBox ages 8-13yo.
CBT Youth ages 13-16yo.
Free trial session available for new members.

FOR AGES 8 - 12 YEARS OLD
MINI BOX
These fun group sessions focus on building fundamental movement patterns through body weight and basic weighted exercises. Kids learn to work as a team and push themselves physically. It's a great training session for those looking to gain the extra edge in their sporting arena, or for those keen to mix up their extra curricular activities!
MON - THURS, 4:30 - 5:15 PM

FOR AGES 13 - 16 YEARS OLD
YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
These classes are designed for teenagers ready to begin learning more complex movements in the gym with a strong focus on technique. Learn to load the body correctly through different exercises to improve strength, power and endurance.
Sessions run each afternoon from Mon - Thurs with a different training focus each day.
MON & WED 4:30PM + 5:15PM
TUES & THURS 4:30PM

MEMBERSHIP COST
The two classes run side by side with a different trainer in each. Both classes are capped to ensure the kids get the right amount of attention. Youth memberships operate on a weekly debit just as all our memberships do.
1 x Class per week = $17.50/wk
2 x Classes per week = $35/wk
Unlimited Classes per week = $49/wk

BOOKING PROCESS
All clients must have an account on the Chocolate Box Training App. This is essential as you are required to book in for all your classes prior to attending. Claim your free trial session to get started!
If it is your first time attending the gym, please ensure you have an account on the CBT App and arrive 10 mins prior to class.
