
YOUTH CLASSES
Learn the basics of training in the gym and get that extra edge on the netball court, footy field, sprinting down the running track or in the pool. It's a fun environment for the kids to burn off some energy and increase their strength and fitness levels.
We have two classes with different focusses to ensure you are learning the fundamentals and basics of movement before progressing.

FOR AGES 8 - 13 YEARS OLD
YOUTH - CONDITIONING CLASS
These fun group sessions focus on building fundamental movement patterns through body weight and basic weighted exercises. Kids learn to work as a team and push themselves physically. It's a great training session for those looking to gain the extra edge in their sporting arena, or for those keen to mix up their extra curricular activities!

FOR AGES 14 - 16 YEARS OLD
YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
These classes are designed for teenagers ready to begin learning more complex movements in the gym with a strong focus on technique. Your kids will learn to understand the importance of exercise and how the body moves through a mixture of strength and conditioning training. They will improve movement, strength and power.
Our Trainers will work with each individual to ensure that they progress to this class at the right time.
MON & WED AT 4:30 - 5:15 PM

MEMBERSHIP COST
The two classes run side by side with a different trainer in each. Both classes are capped to ensure the kids get the right amount of attention. Youth memberships operate on a weekly debit just as all our memberships do.
1 x Class per week = $16.50/wk
2 x Classes per week = $30/wk

BOOKING PROCESS
All clients must have an account on the Chocolate Box Training App. This is essential as you are required to book in for all your classes prior to attending.
If it is your first time attending the gym, please ensure you have an account on the CBT App and arrive 10 mins prior to class.
