YOUTH CLASSES

Learn the basics of movement and resistance training whilst building confidence in a group environment. Establish strong movement patterns and habits, build strength and learn how to train in a gym. All classes are delivered by qualified Trainers and Exercise Physiologists in a group environment because training with friends is fun!

We have two different classes that are age-specific to ensure you are learning the fundamentals before progressing. 
MiniBox ages 8-13yo. 
CBT Youth ages 13-16yo.
