Delivered in our high-performance athletic facility with state-of-the-art equipment and recovery spaces on site. We cater for all sports in categories such as Field, Athletics, Court, Water, Combat, Pitch and Board. 

With experienced coaches and modern technology, your strength and conditioning program is designed to ensure you reach your maximum athletic performance and potential. Looking after young emerging junior athletes to the seasoned pros; whatever your age of life and current competition level, we will get you unbeatable in the sporting arena!


No worries, jump into another session during the week or head over to the main gym and complete your program in the weights area. 

Yep! Kai or one of the other trainers will be at each session to coach you through your program in the group setting. You'll always have them on hand during Athlete program training hours to guide you, spot your lifts and provide answers to any queries you have about your program or the equipment.

Go for it! Your CBT Athlete Membership gives you access to book any class on the CBT timetable. Reformer Pilates can be booked via the CBT app and works very well for active recovery alongside injury rehab if your physio has cleared you for it.

Not a problem. We understand that you may go away to compete or might be unable to train due to injury or team commitments. Simply email your suspension request to

All athlete members will be debited weekly. This is an automatic payment. 

Yes, we have a minimum term of 26 debit weeks before any changes to your membership can be made. This is in line with the prescribed training blocks. We are sure that you'll love the program and be in the training groove within the first few weeks. Your debits will automatically continue unless we hear otherwise.

We create completely bespoke training programs based on your individual needs, so if that's something important to you it will be heavily included. Most athletes want to improve speed and agility so that is always factored into our programs in varying degrees depending on your type of sport.

Our coaches write your athlete training programs into our Teambuildr app which is then directly accessible via your mobile. You undertake them yourself but have Kai or one of the other trainers on hand to guide you through, spot you on lifts and answer any questions. You'll train in our Athlete facility surrounded by other athletes in our community doing the same thing.
