- The Chocolate Box Training “$15K Christmas Giveaway” commences on Friday 5 December, 2025 and ends on Monday 22 December, 2025.
- Entrants must sign up to the $15k Christmas Giveaway form in order to win as well as following Instagram accounts @chocolateboxtraining and @recgen and tagging a friend in the comments on Chocolate Box Training’s pinned giveaway post.
- This sign up form will be communicated via social media, email marketing, website and other forms of marketing. The entrant must provide their email address, first and last name and Instagram handle to enter the giveaway.

- By signing up to this giveaway you agree to be opted in to marketing communications (including email & SMS), by both Chocolate Box Training and REC GEN.
- Entrants can receive 1 x bonus entry for each friend tagged on the pinned post.
- Entrants must be over the age of 18 and reside in New South Wales, Australia.
- Three (3) winners will be drawn at random via a random number generator on Monday 22 December, 2025 at 1pm at Chocolate Box Training Cromer, 15/1 Thew Parade, Cromer, 2099 Sydney. The prize winner(s) will be notified in writing within seven days, via one of the following communication channels: telephone, email, social media.
- The winner(s) must be opted in to email comms & be following both REC GEN and Chocolate Box Training when the winner is drawn to be eligible to win.
- The winner's details (first name, last initial, postcode) will be published on social media within 30 days.
- Three winners will each receive the following prize, valued at $5,000
- One year’s Unlimited Passport Membership at Chocolate Box Training, valued at $4,108
- $1,000 Box Shop Voucher to redeem on the REC x CBT Range (men’s and women’s)
- Total Prize Value Per Winner: ~$5,000
- Total Prize Pool: ~$15,000
- If the winner(s) is an existing Chocolate Box Training member, their new membership will be effective from Monday 5 January 2026 until Saturday 5 January 2027. Following this duration their membership will resume as previously held, unless stated otherwise.
- If the winner(s) is not an existing Chocolate Box Training member, they will have two (2) months to redeem their membership. One year Unlimited Passport Membership will begin once the winner(s) indicates start date. Chocolate Box Training holds no responsibility for any fees associated with exiting existing memberships at other gyms or clubs.
- Memberships are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The $1,000 Box Shop voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher can only be redeemed on the CBT x REC GEN Range unless requested otherwise.
- The winner(s) agrees to public announcements via social media, email marketing and advertising once they have been drawn.
- Unclaimed Prize Draw: If the prize is not claimed by successful entrants after 14 days, a redraw will be made on Tuesday 6 January, 2025 at midday (12pm) at Chocolate Box Training Cromer, 15/1 Thew Parade, Cromer, 2099 Sydney. The winner(s) will be drawn at random via a random number generator.
- The unclaimed prize winner will be notified in writing within seven days.
- The winner of the re-draw details (first name, last initial, postcode) will be published on social media within 30 days.
- If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
