CARDIO WORKOUTS AND MORE!
The simple-to-follow, 6-day program has been scientifically developed by our Exercise Physiologist, to ensure results and features two types of training sessions:
Development Sessions: These sessions are designed to ‘wake up’ your muscles and introduce you to movement. The program features 3 development sessions a week, to help you establish a fitness routine. Each session is designed to take between 30 - 40 minutes.
Cardio Sessions: These sessions will help raise your heart rate and build your overall fitness through a combination of programmed slow/fast or short/long walks as well as a weekly yoga class. These classes have been programmed to help you manage muscle soreness and stiffness which is common when you begin to exercise.
You will also get support and accountability from Jade, who will check in with you personally to help monitor your progress, review your results and provide a friendly ear to your feedback and thoughts on your new training regime.
