Classes at Chocolate Box Training Cromer

Strong
Located in the Main Gym, STRONG is our flagship Strength and Conditioning program that follows a 12 week periodised program with testing at the end. With rolling starts every 15 minutes you can pretty much train when you want and with our app you can record your progress and results.

SWEAT
Located in the Black Box gym across the road, the SWEAT sessions are our HIIT, cardio, lung-busters with optional integrated Myzone HR Monitor screens for those who like a bit of competition. Fun, motivating, sweaty.

Surfer Strength
Endorsed by Surfing Australia, Surfer Strength is our dedicated strength and conditioning, and mobility program designed to help you surf better, for longer.

Hybrid
Combining compound strength movements with radio endurance internals, these classes are designed to build all round fitness as well as peak competition performance for events like HYROX.

Crossfit
Our CrossFit program is designed for advanced CrossFit athletes, serious about their training and the competition season. Minimum training standards and on-boarding are required.

Kids & Youth
These classes are designed to teach the basics of movement and resistance training while building confidence and a lifelong love of the gym to our MiniBox (8-12 years) and Youth (13-16 years) members.

Vintage
Our specially modified strength and conditioning program for those who believe age is just a number.

Starter
Designed for those who are new to the gym or want to return to their training, but need a refresher on technique and movement, these strength & conditioning sessions are capped at 14 people per session allowing your trainer to dedicate valuable one-on-one time, correcting technique and improving movement patterns.

Reformer Pilates
Picture this: a light-filled studio with 22 state-of-the-art Reformers. Add in over 50 classes a week and free childminding, and suddenly Pilates isn’t just for influencers—it’s for you. Athletic or traditional, fast or slow, these classes are your ticket to stronger, leaner, more balanced movement.

Recovery: Ice Baths
Yeah, they're cold. Like, real cold. But that's the point. Ice baths are your post-workout reset button, and we've got unlimited access to them. Pro tip: alternate between hot and cold for a few rounds. It’s equal parts "oof" and "ahhh."

Infrared Saunas
Welcome to your personal oasis at HOT Recovery. Six private infrared saunas (with showers, because we're fancy like that) are here to detox your stress away. Boost circulation, ease sore muscles, and feel like a million bucks-even if you showed up feeling like a crumpled tenner.

Free Childminding
Look, we know you're juggling a lot. That's why we offer over 30 hours of free childminding every week. Our qualified crew will keep the kiddos entertained while you take care of business in the gym.
