This program was made for you! 

We start with a warm up focusing on raising the heart rate and preparing the body for movement through a series of range of motion exercises. We will then move into the Strength component where we focus on a major lift in part A (e.g. back squats) followed by our accessory strength work in part B. The final component of the session is a 10-15min conditioning piece. Get your heart rate up and finish your session strong!

Bring the bubs in prams along to the 8:45am & 9:30am class or make use of our free child minding for the older kids. As long as they can sit up and crawl by themselves, they are able to join the safe and fun onsite childminding area. You can even see them when you run past!
