Designed in 8-week blocks, this program will include pre & post testing days to keep you driving for results. This program is designed for those wanting to take the next step in your training whether - your goal is committing yourself to personal growth, improving your physical conditioning for your sport of choice or wanting to participate in functional fitness competitions.
Each week, the program features a 7-day training cycle:
Monday: Strength & WOD (workout of the day)
Tuesday: Skills, Conditioning work & Core
Wednesday: Strength & WOD
Thursday: Skills & Conditioning
Friday: Strength & WOD
Saturday: Lifting, Conditioning & Core
Sunday: Active Recovery
The program is designed to be followed in full, each day for maximum results and improvement. An allowance of 60-90 minutes to complete each session is recommended.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
This program is designed for athletes who have a gym set up, and will require 2 or more of the following:
- Barbell and plates
- Dumbbells
- Kettlebells
- Medicine Balls
- Cardio machine
- Pull up bar
- Rings
- Resistance bands
