Provided to you in easy-to-understand charts and graphs our Chocolate Box Trainers can walk you through your results to help you understand the best way to train and treat your body.
Our flagship Strength & Conditioning program is scientifically developed by our high performance team. The program is designed using progressive overload principles to ensure you are challenged day in, day out. This periodised program is delivered in 4-week blocks to ensure the body is exposed to enough stimulus to see serious benefits. Commitment to the program is key to seeing increased muscle growth and overall health gains.
