Each week, the programming cycle ensures a holistic training approach, ensuring every muscle group is worked and there is also sufficient recovery time.
The program is designed to be followed in full daily for maximum results and improvement, with an allowance of 45-60 minutes to complete each session.
Our program includes benchmarking sessions at the beginning and end of each block, to ensure test and track progress ensuring this home program gives structure and purpose. Delivered to you through a series of video tutorials outlining movement patterns and exercise technique, led by our high performance team, we put our faces and names to these sessions so you know you are getting the best.
This program is designed as both an at-home body weight program, or with weights. For those with equipment at home, minimal equipment requirements are; barbell, plates, dumbbells / hand weights.
You will need a smartphone to access the online program which is delivered through an app.
