PROGRAMMING

This periodised program comes in 4-week blocks to ensure you are exposing yourself and your body to enough stimulus to see serious benefits.

It incorporates mobility sessions and strict rest components to ensure your body is given structured opportunity for active recovery.

Each week, the programming cycle ensures a holistic training approach, ensuring every muscle group is worked and there is also sufficient recovery time. 

  • Monday: Lower Body
  • Tuesday: Core & Conditioning (HIIT)
  • Wednesday: Upper Body
  • Thursday: Core & Conditioning (HIIT)
  • Friday: Mixed Strength
  • Saturday: Shred 
  • Sunday: Recovery/Yin Yoga

The program is designed to be followed in full daily for maximum results and improvement, with an allowance of 45-60 minutes to complete each session.
